Adding to the intrigue of Calvary is its brilliant story. A town’s beloved priest (Brendan Gleeson) finds himself in a sticky situation after his life is threatened during a confession. battle the dark forces closing in around him. Father James Lavelle must decide if his strength in his faith is enough to get him through.
Co-starring Chris O’Dowd, Aidan Gillan, Dylan Moran and Kelly Reilly, Calvary opens in the U.S. at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival.
