After the debut of the teaser trailer yesterday, Paramount Picture released two trailers for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah this afternoon to give audiences a taste of what is to come in 2014.
Just about everyone is familiar with the tale of Noah and the flood, but if anyone can add some visual flair and originality to the project, it’s director Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, Black Swan). Russell Crowe stars as the Biblical hero, driven to prepare the world for a destructive flood that will end all life on Earth. Left with little time, he begins building an ark to protect his family from the apocalyptic wrath of God.
The film also stars Jennifer Connelly, Logan Lerman, Douglas Booth, Emma Watson, and Anthony Hopkins.
Noah hits theatres on March 28, 2014.
