The Jury Awards for the SXSW 14 Film Festival have been announced.
The big winner is Fort Tilden by directors Sarah-Violet Bliss and Charles Rogers. The film stars Bridey Elliott and Clare McNulty and it follows the two girls on a inexplicably troublesome journey to the beach. The winner for Documentary Film was The Great Invisible by Margaret Brown. The documentary examines the terrible tragedy of the BP Oil Spill and the lives that were damaged by one of the biggest environmental catastrophes ever.
The SXSW Film Festival runs until March 16th.
