It’s a good year for Shakespeare adaptations. Snowtown director Justin Kurzel’s high-profile Macbeth adaptation will be distributed in the US and Canda by The Weinstein Co., writes The Hollywood Reporter. The film will star Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard and will feature a script set in the 11th century and makes use of The Bard’s actual dialogue.
