Fresh off their successful undercover operation on their second time through high school, officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) are on their way to the local university to bust another drug ring. College has gotten raunchier since the duo’s party days and with that in mind the sequel to the surprise-hit of 2012 might just be that much crazier.
The red-band trailer features some new footage and might not be safe for work, so watch from the safety of your private computer. In the meantime enjoy Ice Cube’s exasperated captain tear into Hill and Tatum with both barrels. “It’s the same case, do the same thing!”
Phil Lord and Chris Miller are returning to directorial duties with Michael Bacall once again scripting the film from a story co-created by Jonah Hill. The film also stars Nick Offerman, Peter Stormare and Ice Cube.
